Tesco Express

I was grabbed twice by the security guard last night for daring to try and enter at 2250hrs (shuts at 2300). When I asked the Tesco employe, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. A terrible experience all round by Tesco and it's security staff. From the looks of other comments, this isn't and won't be the last occasion. Action please Tesco, better training.

I shop here a couple of times a week. Staff are always helpful. The store is very clean. They have a great range of products and generally, everything is well within date. I hope Tesco keep the deli and fish counters as they are really important to me. I don't have any negative comments as if I have any issues I deal with them as they occur but I have heard some really rude customers. nice customer service of james.. keep it up James good luck

An enjoyable uncertainty! I visit this Tesco express about three times per day. Each visit I know not what i will purchase. The layout of this particular store ensures that I am lost as soon as i step inside.

They never have anything in the store. They don’t restock the shelves through out the day. Always rude, moody cashiers and a weird and EXTREMELY rude security guard. Tesco will say that “he’s doing his job” but he’s not. Very big beaded and rude. The meat section has around 3 different things but because they do not restock the Shelves there is always just PORK and the worst cuts of it (at a ridiculous price all Tesco’s are) Overall this is probably the worst shop I have ever been to.

I really love the help the staff provide me with when I am uncertain on an item. They are always there and have a nice attitude. I would recommend this Tesco for anything and would be my "go-to" store.

Got a parcel delivered here and one of the worker's (Hermes denied it could have been them) cut into the envelope and stole the necklace inside. Unacceptable activity from a 'trusted parcel shop'. Do not get parcels delivered here!

Empty shelves, terrible layout and it's always shut at random times throughout the day when it's meant to be open?

Today I went there to return my parcel. I asked stuff (indian man) how should I do it. He pointed to maschine and he keep continued putting medication on the shelfs. He didn't care about customers. Then I asked him to help me to scan QR code. As I saw he didn't like to be interrupted. Rude.He was talking to his nose and at the end he didn't know how to do. Person need to learn manners. But lady who was behind the till she was very lovely, greeting people with big smile.
That's why am giving 2 stars.
