Waitrose & Partners Haywards Heath

Although this Waitrose branch is almost 3 years old in Haywards Heath, they maintain the cleanliness and look as if the store is newly built. The working staff are friendly and accommodating to all customers. Managers can be seen on the shop floor at all times and they are always well stocked. They even extended their operating hours from 7am to 10pm to give chances to shoppers who are coming home from their long days of work during Mon to Friday.

Usual Waitrose. Variety of items, some of which are overpriced. I have some Waitrose favourites, mostly antipasti and seafood 🦞 that I enjoy the taste of. There is huge parking space and it’s right next to the Haywards heath stations 🚉

Being built in the most stupid place. All its done is created more traffic in Haywards heath. Why a bit of common sense was used. Knock it down and build it on the outskirts. Show that you care. More cars=more pollution. Great to see your doing your bit for the environment. Not thinking of your children's future . Profit before Life.
But staff are very helpful and good prices, nice food.. come on Waitrose, let's go green...

Went to the cafe for breakfast with my dad. He ordered a normal breakfast, 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1sausage, mushroom, beans and toast. I ordered 2 sausages, beans, scrambled eggs and toast. Together with a coffee and a hot chocolate the bill came to £19.70. The last serving asked how we wanted the egg cooked which is good. The drinks were made straight away and there were plenty of condiments and napkins etc. Also there is free water. The food arrived quite quickly and looked good. No grease and clean plates. It tasted really nice and I couldn't fault it. The 2 staff serving looked like they enjoyed working there. There is a fine line between messing around and having a good time at work. They worked well together and served all customers very quickly but very politely. The restaurant was also very clean. Thank you.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Fresh produce is a high quality. Butcher section is good and has a selection of good quality meats

I visited this week from out of the area and in comparison to my local Waitrose, this one is superior.
- It is large and there is every possible type of item/food you could want from a supermarket.
- There is a cafe with lots of seating.
- Lots of self checkout machines and those with a cashier.
- A coffee machine which actually works and is looked after by the staff.
- Toilet facilities

Very handy location right next to main line train station. Smaller than some other Waitrose stores locally and has limited choice on some lines, but stocks a broad range of food and household items. Not the cheapest though

Improved since opening and may it continue. Lots of choice, good quality and cheery staff. Plenty of parking.
