Service is usually fast, even if the queue is long. Good range of food if you're caught short.

Very clean shop and convenient to use,helpful staff and plenty of choice in food.

Can be long ques at times. Good variety of M & S food & alcohol. Fresh pastries, Costa Coffee. Quick turnaround of staff makes shopping time longer when asked for specific things. Toilets need to be cleaned more regularly. Some staff need better training and familiarise with produce and goods carried & where they are located.

Best coffee ever! Wild bean cafe make the best cappuccino in carshalton and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I am a regular customer and there are long queues in the morning for the brilliant coffee.
Don't bother with a coffee shop. It won't be as good and the staff are exeptionale.

Had a large part of the store closed off completely unnecessarily, when asked when it will be re-opened the answer was when we’re ready to re-open it. So a bit rude and a completely wasted trip as I wasn’t able to buy what I needed, and I wasn’t the only one who had to leave empty handed. Totally ridiculous.

Two of their staff was completely and unnecessarily micro aggressive the security man on today 8/7/20 time 10am -11am
Including another staff I cant remember his name after months of shopping there, not going back there again
