My trip was wonderful, as usual. Very helpful staff, quality resources, clean store , great deals and great values for money for those of us on a low budget. The staff encourages all shoppers to wear face covering and they clean all baskets and trolleys once used. Thank you waitrose

This is one of the branches that I happen to frequent for many years. Staff is always willing to please the customers. The other day I was the last one paying at the till and the sales assistant made a human error after having a very long day. The aftercare received was outstanding - they sent me home with a huge apology, beautiful bunch of flowers and a big smile. This is better than having a loyalty card collecting points because it shows that the staff cares about their customers in a wonderful way. The flowers kept fresh for a long time and made me feel a valued customer. Thank you!

Such a nice store with the best staff. Gill served us on the till, when she heard we had just got engaged she did everything she could to make our day even more special!

A bit less expensive than M&S (although it can vary by item), but a much better selection of "name brand" products.

Great £15 meal deal and collected my jonh Lewis purchase no need to travel and easy to go home and enjoy good food. Always worth a visit

Our favorite grocery store in the neighborhood. Especially for fresh food and fish. I especially like that not everything is Waitrose brand, so there is some diversity in brands available.
