Asda Portsmouth

Almost amazing. Always shop here but recently bought two packets of flour which both had an ant infestation inside of it. I know that they weren’t from my kitchen cupboard since everything else was ant free. It was only those two brand new flour packets which had it. Absolutely rancid! I do not recommend buying self-raising flour or plain flour from Asda.

utterly disgusting, they stopped and searched me because I was eating gum WHILE walking inside, this needs to update. I'll be demanding a 15,000£ fine. BUT I can get everything for free

Massively understaffed at off peak times, ques of over 10 min wait.

Staff clearly unhappy and unmotivated And even complained at the checkout to me.

The store manager should be ashamed and resign.

Never enough Staff on self service check-outs, and if someone is there they seems to be very stressed.

Ladies toilets should be checked more regularly definetly. Whenever i go there the state is really bad, and the smell...ugh,i mean you have lots of air freshners in your shop, even the cheapest one would make a difference.

Otherwise its Great.

Items in the fresh food area looked like they had been thrown on the unclean shelves, red offer labels are small and hard to read, not many offers, lack of manned checkouts, empty bags checked before I started scanning items. One member of staff rightly complained to me about the reduction in manned checkouts. This store has gone massively downhill, won't be shopping here ever again.

Always have parked here since becoming season ticket holder always parked through MySpace app today I receive a fine of £140 for something I had already paid for I use this carpark on a weekly basis and pays every time

I have never had any problems there, always friendly, helpful staff. Thank you.
