Asda Highbridge Superstore

Friendly staff, great choice. But if you shop early around 8.am shelves are not stacked and many items still to be put out.

Not best pleased with the issues I’ve had from filling up at the petrol station.

After taking 99 pounds from my available balance and holding this for over 4 days now, I am yet to receive the difference back of £79.80p

I have not got anywhere between Asda and my bank because Asda blame the bank and the bank are saying it’s the retailer that’s holding it back.

Shocking behaviour

On holiday down Somerset visited Asda highbridge treated like a criminal. 1st needed clearance they could accept £20
Scottish note then told in front of customers as it had no hologram it was fake . I pointed out hologram still no joy NOT AMUSED!! bad costumer service ☹️

I was in the store yesterday day shopping for somebody else and couldn't find on the shelves what they asked for.

I phoned them to ask about an alternative when a young lady, who was working in the store, overheard my conversation and waved to attract my attention. She pointed to the item on a shelf a mear 4 foot away.
She was alert to the customers, keen to help and empathetic enough not to make me feel like a idiot.

Great place, great produce available and plenty of spaces to park. Also has a toilet on site as well.

Wide selection of products, large car park. Clean toilet facilities. Helpful staff.

I visited your store yesterday, 15 December, just after 7am. I did a very large shop to cover the Christmas period. I would like to thank Lesley P for her brilliant service, for specially opening a till and helping me pack, and my thanks to Kalem for assisting me with my new mobile as I was having trouble using the Asda app!
I use your store on a regular basis because of lovely people like them. Thank you Guys and Happy Christmas
