Tesco Express

This is probably the worst branch of Tescos on the face of the planet.
The staff, including an alleged 'manager' are without doubt the most ill informed and rudest around.
Do yourself a favour and avoid.

OK for a Tesco's however the choice is more limited to the Sainsburys 2 minutes up the road

It is overpriced Tesco by 20% In prices I will avoid this Tesco in future

This is my favourite Tesco by far. The staff are so friendly and kind. Always ask how i am etc...never bought a bad product there either. Yes ‘Express’ stores are a little more expensive than the superstores but thats the same as all supermarket high street stores. Alwyas well stocked too, rare to see anything out of stock. Crooks! An unpleasant and uncomfortable shopping experience in the first place, rounded off by getting ripped off at the till. After paying, I wasn't even asked if I wanted a receipt. I asked for one. As soon as it was printed out, the woman serving me noticed that she'd double-charged me for one of my items. Funnily enough, the second scan had been done after the first total ..... How come she instantly noticed the mistake? Was it a genuine mistake? Goodness knows what she stands to gain anyway. She immediately resolved it and I got a cash refund for the overcharge. Honestly, as many others have already mentioned in their reviews, just go over the road to Sainsbury's. It's as simple as that.

Staf in this store is not friendly . Its very aggressive for some reason.

Some wonderful staff but they are lost in the sea of rude and unprofessional staff that function in this place! Your experience in store is a lottery for sure.

Open on Sundays when everyone is closed, so always my go to for last minute purchases.
