Little Waitrose & Partners Oxted

Great little shop although pick your time as the car park, although recently extended, tends to get a bit chaotic at times! Just what you would expect from Waitrose in a small version. Staff always friendly and helpful and doing as much as they can within the confines of the store size to protect both customers and staff.

Excellent little supermarket. Has most things you need plus nice shopping experience and friendly staff. The John Lewis Click and Collect facility is a great service.

Good location with a handy small car park, just a shame staff are unfriendly. Rarely acknowledge you as you shop and just continue their own conversations about themselves. Other shops close by that I would rather use in future

Nice store with very friendly and helpful members of staff.Has everything you need with lots of choices.Also has a nice size carpark.

Unusually disappointing.
Stock shortages.
With a couple of exceptions staff more interested in chatting to each other than providing a service, even at the checkout.
Seemed as if a large number of staff were youngsters working their last shift before going on holiday and off to university.
Not up to Waitrose' usually high standard.

Very happy, helpful staff. Not the largest selection of Waitrose groceries but all good quality. A pleasure to shop! Recommended!

I'm not a local but needed some supplies on my drive home. Pleasantly surprised by the range of goods. Good car park for the size of the store, though patience advised as drivers make maneuvers. Staff were friendly and store was clean and tidy. I was able to purchase everything I needed and bought more than intended.

Ordinarily very good here., not tonight. I bought a garlic baguette on the Thursday night only to get it home and realise the bag was split open, (annoying). Took it in tonight (Friday) and spoke to a member of staff, lady with red hair, she refused to exchange it for me without a receipt?? £1.50 I think! Not even an apology, just dug her heels in and said no? I explained I'm in the shop most nights, seemed totally un fussed. Seems strange to alienate a customer who has a Waitrose card and does their weekly family shop there also.

I'm guessing they have a new manager here recently? I pop in every night about 8 and the reductions are sometime very good but the last few nights I've just walked out as 20p of something that goes out of date at midnight seems hardly wort it. Seems a strange ploy by Waitrose as I was going in to buy reduced products and then woukd spend more in shop. Not anymore.
