Don't buy Andrex 9 Toilet Rolls from here because they advertise it at £4.00 & charge you £5.23 at the checkout. I did show them the attached photos but showed no interest. No bother, I am off too Aldi 👍

Morrisons are well known for goods with a short sell by date. The general quality of their products tends to be lower than rivals such as Tesco.

Feels really disorganised. Vegetables never in the same place twice, hardly ever and fresh bread available. Own brand packaged food looks cheap, especially the biscuits. Good clear signs to help steer you to quick pay self service.

Rude staff at the bakery today: saturday, 5 June 2021, 6.30 am.

I asked why the bakery is not ready and what time will it be ready, was told to come back at 7.30 or go to other shop. So rude, then why your store is declared open at 6 am on Saturday? Customers come to this store hoping that they can get what they need at the early hour it is opened. Why open early if nothing in the bakery section is not ready? You should put your staff early if they need to bake things so when the store is open at 6 am it has at least some bread ready for customers who need them early as they are travelling somewhere or just need an early breakfast.

It is not professional and rude for the staff to answer like that, telling the customer to just go to other store. How remarkable.

BUT NOT SURPRISE BECAUSE IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I FOUND SOME RUDE STAFFS TOO IN THIS BRANCH. Please have a staff meeting or get them a customer service training. It is unbearable

Never really have to queue here which is great. Has a good selection of foods and special offers too. Can often find a bargain in the clearance too and they do a fabulous choc orange sponge cake in the bakery section.

3 minute walk from West Drayton station so convenient location for a quick snack. Quite a small store so not great for bulk or family shopping. Quality goods but small variety. Well stocked seafood, meat and bakery section. The Aldi, a 10 minute walk away, has larger variety so might be a better bet.
