The guy behind the till was sleeping with his eyes open. He couldn't be bothered to put the groceries in the bags, instead he placed everything on the bags and waited for
me to do it, and when I confronted him, he still didn't help. He didn't even apologise. Extremely lazy and rude staff.

Staff are fine. Rating is for empty shelves & bad quality fruits. Probably the worst Sainsbury’s I’ve ever been

Small but perfect great for basics.Sometimes shelves are empty but usually I find what I want. Staff are usually really helpful and really nice. The opening hours are really good especially if u wake up early. Good location too. Only shop of this type in that area. Or else you will need to go to high st Kensington or Notting hill gate.

Shelves are always empty everytime I come here. Will be going to the Waitrose down the road from now on.

Each every member of staff are enthusiastic workers and friendly.
It’s a small sainsburys with limited options but, store always seem fully stocked.
Nothing to complain about

Just visited store 07:50 am, 29th Nov.. store is empty. I buy Monster energy drink, go to self checkout. Ladies behind the counter tell me to wait when I prompt them to assist me in approving the purchase (energy drinks like alcohol need to be approved by staff). They leave the cash counter. I wait. Another staff member comes in, I ask for assistance which I finally get. As I walk out of the store, the ladies that told me to wait are outside smoking! They went for cigarette first and told me to wait!! Shocking! What is happening to this world..

Wonderful little shop with little bit of everything. Not sure why people are complaining. First thing, you don't need staff as there is self checkout. Even if you do- they have always been helpful. They have cookies freshly baked in store which I simply love. Convenient timing as well thru the week.

Came to buy some breakfast, went to the self checkout , paid for my 3 bags, started bagging my items, and the fat lady with glasses looked at me and asked if I paid for the bags which I replied yes, she then stereotyped me for the way I was dressed and came to my system to check if I have paid.

Made me feel very down, treating me like a thief, I will no longer buy my breakfast here.
