Ok, it's busy and a little more expensive but from my experience it's one of the best hospital cafes I've used. Food was well heated and the salad very fresh. A great break after a very stressful visit and a long journey home.

This is a hospital M&S
It is wheelchair accessible.
They have a cafe area which is also wheelchair accessible and an outdoor seating area.
The prices are comparable with other M&S stores.
Before closing they often have some reduced food.
They do not have free range chicken but their animal welfare standards are apparently comparable with a Waitrose.
The is a range of fresh fruit and ready meals available.
It also sells fresh flowers.

Saturday morning and not busy, yet waited nearly twenty minutes for two coffees. Staff need better training as it would have been helpful to explain and apologise for the wait, even perhaps offer a voucher or something. Meanwhile lots of dirty tables inside and outside, that needed clearing away and a wipe down.

great if you need to buy a quick gift or a bite to eat. They have lunch time deals which are decent and quite alot of food to choose form even if you are a picky eater like myself. there is some indoor seating ans some outdoor seating also

Prices are above average. The main let down however, is the Cafeteria as the quality of the Mocha and the Gingerbread Latte (the ones that I have tried so far) were very scarce, in fact were too aqueous and burnt coffe beans tastes. Furthermore, It does not have fresh common backery items such as Brioche.
P.S. had to throw the drinks that I have ordered as it was not possible to drink them.

Has hot sandwiches, hot drinks, and sells other things and food like most small m&s stores. Bit cramped the restaurant side, but they outside tables which are nice in warmer weather. Price is typical of m&s - maybe a little bit higher, but it's nice food.

The food hall is fine but the cafe is extremely poor unsure of opening times but when you refused to warm toastie sandwiches at 2.10 then refuse to do coffee at 2.30 and then declare we are closing at 2.50 I just wouldn’t bother and the staff match the poor experience

I was really disappointed with the service we received from a man called Monzu. He was very rude. We had to repeat our order 4 times, no smile, no apologies for not being about to hear. Then he made a really horrible drink of hot chocolate for my daughter, we had to throw it away!

This is the first time an M&S staff member has been horribly rude in all the years we've been going to your cafe......

People like this need to be reprimanded or suspended due to lack of people skills.
