Morrisons

Much like any other supermarket, but please tidy up a bit! The aisles are always littered with stock on the floor and why are so many packets and boxes damaged or open on the shelves?, especially the cereals. Need to tighten up on the housekeeping.

They've had low stock and out of stock items for quite a while now. Pharmacy was delayed in opening and had a shutter issue... not a huge problem but when coming off a night shift and popping in for a prescription hoping for a quicker trip than later in the day, every minute counts 😴

Like all supermarkets Morrisons prices are on the rise and many items are also shrinking in size and weight.
It feels as if they are cashing in on the expectation of prices rising and ensuring as they lose customers they improve margins.

I highly recommend that we shop elsewhere when and where we can to save the money we earn and not give it to places that are ripping us off.

Morrisons Frozen Raw Prawns were 3 for £10 and 225g

NOW

2 for £8 and 200g.

That's an INCREASE in PRICE of 20% and a REDUCTION in WEIGHT of just over 10%.

Thieves.

A vast selection of items in a well stocked supermarket. With an onsite pharmacy, cafe and rest rooms. They have options for delivery (amazon, uber eats, deliveroo etc) or even their own website! They have most items in stock and cheaper alternatives if that's what is desired. Sometimes you need to visit multiple stores to get your weekly/monthly shops. Here you will get everything you need from clothes to garden items.

Short older lady with the short darkish purplish hair was horrible and had a massive paddy at me for asking if she could check the price of something. Rude as anything.

You need to seriously look at customer service and the don’t care attitude of staff
Supervisors who
Approach customers with ‘What’s the problem?’
Customer service counter staff who ‘Can’t do refunds’
Checkout staff who say they will make an over charge right but add another 20
Pounds to your bill
Runners who are too sluggish and not prepared to run product so I the customer ran for them
Finally the classic Signage so small that in a whole aisle of product you miss it

A breakfast before shopping,Dirty T pots sticky cutlery,And table server had a open wound on back of his hand uncovered,was also going into kitchen.
Have been to other stores & enjoyed

Went for breakfast, it was OK,the cafe was very cold plz the tables were not been cleaned ,that was when they opened ,it was boxing day ,there is always an issue with the machines with hot drinks ,every morrisons we the hot chocolate dose not work
