Nice big Morrisons supermarket, has all your general needs under one roof including clothes and toys. I did notice when I went in there today that the pet food section actually has food and bedding for Guinea Pigs which most other big brand supermarkets don't usually have!!! I like all the market Street sections like the deli, the pizzeria and bakery they are a nice touch!!! The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Probably the only downfall is that it does seem a little overpriced sometimes compared to other stores but you can't have every lol.

Can never find a trolley in a trolley bay.
Recently visited and could not find a basket either.
Had to try and carry what I wanted around the supermarket.
Often visit in way home from work around 6pm long ques as checkouts are often closed. Would not recommend popping in around this time.

Can't shop here any longer due to having twins. Sounds silly doesn't it but its not possible to shop and have 2 2years old at your feet and even harder to convince only 1 of them in the trolley.
Until you can provide trolley with more than 1 chair I would advise all parents with more than 1 child needing a chair to avoid.
If i have dared to go in the 1 single woman covering about 15 self service tills is most definitely earning her wages. Seems to be very poorly run, there must be peak periods during the day perhaps limit "breaks" at those times...or just a thought...hire more staff...ask the ones you do have to smoke less..

On a positive a very very helpful man tried to help me find the "maybe there is one left" trolley I could use, his service was flawless.

It's ok. Product range is good, but will still find things that are out of stock. Not cheap, and also lower end on quality too, but you can get a range of products in one shop, including essentials. Usually can get through tills fairly quickly.

Good food, expensive but horrible customer service.

I regret going here every single time and every time, I promise myself I will never return.

On multiple occasions Ive been ignored, while other self checkouts were attended to (despite arriving way after me).

They man 1, maybe 2 checkouts at a time which always have a long queue. The numerous other checkouts are always unstaffed.

The self checkout usually has one person, who periodically just wonders off for 15 minutes at a time, leaving you waiting for items to be approved or self checkout errors to be cleared.

Got bored of waiting for the 10th time today.

They clearly don't want my business, so I left my stuff in situ, on the self checkout whilst another customer was huffing and puffing from frustration at no assistants being present.

Then I went to another budget store, got more food for less and actually was able to get served.

Never again!

this store is robbing public with jihher ptices daily as soon as items purchasl4ed a few times. stupid management increases o5ices dally and dishonest as it labels prices of items on shelf but at checkout it completely different prices. I noticed this is a regular pattern by this store to deceive shoppers. non avaliable staff on the floor area's and self checkout mauihes always cause distressing experience stff are topvfew as machines keep malfunctioning floor staff

Great when it's not packed and has huge queues and no trolleys. Post Christmas it's a much more pleasant experience. Good variety. I usually only go in the evenings.

Congrats and many thanks for the wonderful and helpful staff. A few days ago I found myself in a very akward situation and I was immediately and politely helped by the shop assistant Steve(Grays Morrisons). He showed excellent customer service skills and patience and it was all I needed.
