What has Tesco done to its store in Whitton?? The so called revamped shop is awful!! Bad layout, wrong size isles, no tills manned by people!!! No Sunday Times in stock!!! I used to shop at this store regularly, NEVER AGAIN!! Will stick with Lidl or Sainsbury's as better lay out real staff on the tills!!! DO NOT shop at this Tesco store it is awful!!!!
Since this branch was refurbished and converted to an express store it is now seen as somewhere to go in an absolute emergency only. The range is extremely poor and overpriced.
Lidl, Iceland, Sainsbury’s (or even the 7-11 store) are my preferred food stores now when I go to the High Street.
Yesterday I went in to buy a cigarette and a face wipe and I wanted to pay by cash and card as well because I haven’t pick enough cash from the car and I realised at the till while I don’t wanted to waste the staff time I asked the lady who (I think she is new) if I can pay with cash and card as well she said yes sure first she make me to give her 10 pounds in cash and I needed to pay 2.20 card she said she clicked on it so it’s ready to pay with card amount of 2.20 I did payed but she was keep clicked on it again and again she wanted to make me pay 2x times 2.20 because she said it didn’t got thrue but my card was showing me the money was taken out at the first time. I showed her the spending from my phone she said she will call her manager and she is going to sort it out. I said it’s okay then call her I was nice and I tryed to be patience with her because I realised she is new maybe she don’t know the till that much.
The manager come (ALEKSANDRA) And she was clicking 2 bottom on the screen and she make me to pay again and she said 2-3 working days and I will receive back my money because is still pending. And she went to another side of the shop. I was just looking at the girl and she was just looking at me she was looked like apologised and she said sorry anyway it’s not her fault. I do teach people in my work place too. And if they done any mistake I know that’s not them fault it’s my fault because I didn’t teach them right. This manager make me to pay 4.40 instead of 2.20 and she don’t even care how she was treated with a customer. If I can do 0 star I give 0 but the minimum is 1 that’s why I give 1.
Please If you want to found a solution for a problem found one. But try to do your best BecUse you getting pay for it!!
