All entrances are on street level and have automatic doors.

Nice big store with the usual Women/Mens/ Kids clothing sections.

There is also a very nice cafe which I’ve used in the past.

There is a click and collect section as well as an area you can get travel money.

Most of the pay area is self service but there was a member of staff available to assist if needed.

As always with M&S the staff are always friendly, helpful and polite.

There is also a food hall and as usual it was busy and a bit crowded.

Lovely store, cafe food was great. service was quick good was good. I met the kindest member of staff her name was Amal. She was very attentive and efficient. What a lovely individual. Lots of credit due!

A very good branch parricularly for food. Has many top of the range items that others do not seem to have. Has a bakery also.

The store has a very large selection of women's clothes. I could even find clothes that were not on the website! The staff are helpful and the queue moves quickly. They also have self checkout tills that are easy to use.
The grocery store is excellent. They have a wide variety of products, they're easy to find and the quality is very good. They have self check outs and the staff are very quick to come and help, when necessary.
I've used the manned tills a few times and the customer service was excellent. Staff are very polite and it looks like they genuinely care about their customers.

Great cafe inside Kew Retail Park Marks and Spencer. Large and welcoming with friendly helpful staff. Must mention Rebecca on duty today (Fri Sept 16th) - she goes above and beyond to create a great customer experience. Bright, cheerful, kind and energetic.

One and unique Marks and Spencer that combines food and clothing and has an ample car park.
Great customer service, too, and a convenient collection point.

Visited on Christmas Eve. Food Hall staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous.

Same can't be said about rest of the store. Informed a member of staff in the children's dept outside the ladies toilets that one of the cubicles was a mess and there was no hand soap. She continued to fold clothes and said she didn't know where the cleaner was! I asked to her to maybe go and find out?!

Proceeded to the cafe and the que was long and stagnant. There was ONE member of staff at the till who appeared to have absolutely no sense of urgency or efficiency! And one member of staff making the hot food. Needless to say I put my tray back and opted for Costa.

I've been coming to this branch for years and sadly a clear decline in customer service.
