Received first-class help with the new myWaitrose voucher scheme. Only the Ladies toilet open. Of its 2 basins, only one working. Toilet facilities frequently let down an otherwise excellent branch.

Car park - you obtain a ticket from the barrier as you drive in.

Elevator from all levels to the store level but door’s from the car park to the lifts are not automated.

If you spend a certain amount in store, hand your ticket to the partner on the till and they will refund you the cost of parking, today they refunded me £1.70.

Just to clarify they give you some money off your shopping to compensate for the parking. It is not like some other shops were they validate your ticket so you can just exit the car park; you still have to take your ticket to the pay machine and pay for your parking.

Shop is nice and clean, staff were polite and helpful as I find is always the case at Waitrose.

A lady over 50 who does food discounts ( yellow stickers)her name is OLYA , works in the evening hours (most evenings), is very rude, not nice, if you ask her anything about the product, she responds with compulsion, never smiling, this woman is not suitable for your employer at all , she is so unpleasant, and I have been watching her for a long time, she never answered my question out of politeness, the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful, but not her.

Best regards

Good, large Waitrose that has most of what you could need. Good option of self-checkout or normal tills as well. Sometimes fresh food is mouldy even in the shop, which is odd and shows lack of attention, or it goes off incredibly quickly after bringing it home.

I was shopping with my husband on 16th Dec 2022. At 8:30pm
The security guard looked like an asian man
Slightly dark. He was making us feel uncomfortable as an interracial couple. He kept following us and made us feel unwelcome. He was looking at me (a black lady) I work in banking. Was well dressed. I did not deserve that treatment.
He made feel very uncomfortable as he was look at me and I was very scared as he kept looking at me...I don't know why but I felt very uncomfortable. I was only there to shop with my husband as evey normal person does. I was in Twickenham for dinner and we decided to get a bottle before going home.
I live in parsons green and have the best experience at parsons green waitrose.
I hope this doesn't happen to any customer again. I hope the manager will train this security guard to treat everyone equally and not discriminate on skin colour

What an extraordinary experience at a Waitrose or all places!
I arrived a few minutes before closing time and was mobbed by 3 "partners" waving their fingers at me from a very close distance, each suggesting a different number of minutes left for me to shop!
I took a grand total of 2' and when I went to pay, a very patronising woman came to explain why the weighing scales were playing up. Thank you for explaining to me that if I move a product, a partner needs to get out of their cozy seat and validate my purchase. Terribly sorry, Waitrose. I'll spend my money with you without annoying any staff in the future.
First, we are still social distancing, so private space, partners.
Second, if you don't want people at your store, shut the doors, draw up the bridges and lock yourselves in. I bet the end of year bonus will be unaffected.

Third, most people around here can do complicated functions, such as driving yo your store and calculating inflation week on week. Those truffles and smoke salmon for instance, close to 12%. I'm sure they don't need to have the automatic checkout explained to them.

Please do not ever treat a customer like that again.
Are you with me, partners?
And that car park is a joke.
