Nice service. Good opening hours. A little bit lacking in variety but I guess that comes with the size of the store.

Not too much of a variety of products, but that comes with the size of the store. I get spelt flour in here because it's the cheapest place to buy the stuff near me at £2.20 per packet, all other local health food stores sell white spelt at £3 and over. I do wonder if the staff get bored with many people just going to the self checkout like myself.

I can't rate this place highly at all. I mean, it's okay for a quick visit if you want the odd thing, but when you go in wanting plain Hob-Nobs and the only variety they have are chocolate Hob-Nobs (and you're allergic to chocolate), you just can't help but be disappointed.

Theres a staff member called debbie working at the customers service desk and next to her is the cigarettes and lottery etc , anyway I was queuing up to by credit and the lottery when I saw a guy walk straight over to debbie in customer service and order cigarettes so obviously I wasnt happy as I'm queuing like everyone else so when the guy finished I went over and debbie said I never called you very rudely like I'm some child totally unpleasant and unprofessional when I said but why you serving people when I'm queuing up her reply was I'm customer service YEAH so why you serving cigarettes?

They don't follow the closing time I arrived 5 minutes before 11 and the door was already closed.

It’s okay..smart shop never works because there is no signal other than that decent range.
