Iceland Supermarket London

Really nice branch with friendly staff. Many items cheaply priced on the shelves and freezers compared to other supermarkets. Good deals on the nationwide 7 day deals.
I like how new products are introduced to Iceland to purchase to try out, sometimes exclusive only to Iceland.
If this branch does close then it will cause a huge impact and affect the community enormously.

If you feeling hungry and haven't got any money then this is the place for you. The security guard here can't really be bothered to stop shop lifters but you need to be careful of the fully trained eyes of the staff which are so much better than then one supposedly keeping the store safe. Other then that it's a lovely store with friendly staff.

An amazing place, never disappointed. Finishing work late, nothing to cook, Iceland will never let you down. Always has something for everyone. Will miss it when it closes down.

I regularly visit - Stuff is at a good price and staff are nice. However, there are quite a few times things get really busy and the staff find it hard to keep up. I don't mind the queueing for a little longer but it's a bit disheartening to see how the staff are overworked (They absolutely do their best with the little they have - They should really be getting more help).

We popped in here this week and loved the fact that the freezers were named and organised. - In terms of its products! The only thing was that they did not sell the Bird's Eye Chicken Quarter Pounder Burgers. They had the other items except that one which was a shame. Other than that a very good store!

Very busy. Only 2 tills open at 5pm. They were doing their best One girl had a massive pile of baskets but no time to clear them. Only supermarket in Hoxton. Very badly managed. Head office please give them some help.

The till staff was not welcome and seem to wearied of checking out the stuffs. She did not remind the customer about the membership card so we lose the chance to accumulate expenses.

Staff are friendly but I had to wait over 5 minutes to get a bottle of booze as it's locked away in a cabinet.why not do what other supermarkets do and put security tags on the bottles. Queues are too long at non rush times as staff are stacking shelves. Need to hire more staff.
