It's ok, it's always busy in there, staff are not very friendly & never say good morning. I go in there 3 times a week in the mornings, so I no .
Frozen freezer was nearly empty again.
I wanted Frozen Peas they had none.

Just decided to try stop smoking tabacco and buy a e-ciggrate as I've never try it before and needed some information of the staff about the it but they wasn't familiar with it and they called their manager, he came and while I was asking him about the e-certificate hi replied to me,
- You are intoxicated we not gonna sell you any age restricted products sorry. In case I'm completely sober just don't know what to say I'm still shocked.

Easily gets a bit crowded due to a reasonably small size, good selection of food though. Friendly staff.

Friendly, well managed. Recently reorganised so some items hard to find and a few have disappeared. But still a shop that works hard for its customers

It's Waitrose. And I love Waitrose. It's a mid/small one. Decent variety and at times good offers too. Quite regular issues with their fridges though ... (???)
Ok staff - some of them friendlier than others. Special mention to Maria - great customer service when us returning a faulty food item

Good selection for a small store. Customer service is seriously lack. I was standing for at least 2 minutes after calling for assistance on the self check out, fortunately I worked out the issue myself. Not coming back here any time soon. Bare in mind it was early, meaning it was quite empty, so it's not like a member of staff couldn't of spared a minute! UPDATE: The people are definitely not friendly. When I went to the till to pay by cash the female at the register just stood there and waited for me to pay, then didn't even bother to help pack my stuff or even ask if she could be of any assistance. She just walked off without another word or a smile or anything. She was clearly unbothered by the fact she was supposed to be serving me, or that she's even doing a job. She and the rest of the staff really were very unapproachable, and this behaviour reminds me why I stopped coming here in the first place.

The so called Bakery is a joke. The French baguette (they should really not call that) I purchased early in the morning had so much moisture inside, the interior crumbled, no cracking sound. The Baker (another joke) cannot even re-heat from frozen properly.

10.45pm in a crazy storm with the rain teaming down. My wife is the only customer, just buying eggs, tea and milk. The dog and i are waiting in the entrance out of the pouring rain, with the blessing of the security guards. Until the manageress arrives and rudely orders us to move backwards 2m into the storm, because dogs "aren't allowed". We're not "in" the shop, walking down the aisles, anywhere near people or food, causing any issues (there's nobody else in the shop), yet we're forced to get drenched in the rain because the petulant manageress is in need of wielding her power. I'm in my 50s, and now off work with a chill. We will never attend our local Waitrose again. No wonder John Lewis has lost the support of its once loyal customer base.
