The place is small but fine. The problem is to pay, the machines never work well, it takes ages.

Very bad and rude service by A girl wearing head scarf . Her name is Tania Asian girl date 1 October 2017 time 21:20 . She Refuse to give her name . It's our local store I go there almost everyday . I would like to speak To a manager regarding this .This is was very unprofessional rude individual and prejudice . Hope Mr Ruhul Amin store manger trains his staff some customer service !!!

Ever-present sharp and pungent smell of mold; I believe they have sanitary problems.

Very little store and the staff are always great.

Dependent on the time you go - evenings can get busy but weekday afternoons are good. When it’s good, staff are friendly & attentive, organised sections, good reductions and an ideal number of check-outs.
The Sainsbury’s a little further down the road near Bayswater tube station has more pasta range.

Machines barely work! Called for help twice on the machine no one came, walked around the whole twice before a member of staff appeared! Very bad service!

There are some really good staff here but the place is usually filthy and generally gross.

I usually feel as though I need (an immensely hot) shower upon exiting this store.

I work locally and use them every day. 8/10 times they are very cold and impersonal, acting like they are doing you a favour. Also they open late half the time, 7:15ish instead of 7am. I didn’t think I would ever get to say it, but I prefer the local Tesco Express.
