Wow. Where to begin... Ordered a bottle of wine through JustEat and Marius (the driver) just didn't appear, turn up or call. I phoned Costcutter and asked where the order was. The jumped up little idiot boy on the phone giggled the entire time, I asked for the number to call JustEat he said it very quickly, I was repeating the number to my girlfriend who was calling - who happens to be deaf - I asked him to slow down on his reeling off the number. When I explained this he laughed (!!!!) Clearly terrible service by terrible people.

Great local shop providing many essential groceries, toiletries etc. Very handy for the local hostels where a lot of exchange students frequent. Staff are very friendly too.

As an added bonus, there is a free to use cash machine by the entrance on the external wall.

Just purchased two bottles of Stella Artois Cidre priced @ £1.99 each, and the total should have been £3.98 however they have deliberately over charged me and even though it was a pound more, they have stolen money from me. He had rung up the correct price on the till, but put something different on the card reader. Shame on them, if business is that bad they should next time ask for donations rather than steal.

AVOID!!! Wouldn't give them one star if I had a choice. Terrible shop, they over charge you when paying by card and don't give you a receipt so you don't know... 8.63 for 2 bottles of beer and a pack of biscuits. Save your money and use the BP M&S next door which is also 24hr. Plus one guy is very rude always watching tv on his phone and leaves you waiting to be served while he watches his shows. Alot of products out of date also. I wont use this shop again. Thieves.

I would not recommend shopping here,
Staff here although nice and friendly, there is one guy in particular who works here on the night shift, he has to finish watching his video on his phone before he serves you, or sometimes when you go in he greets you or says something in his own language making you wonder,,
The worst is when he is behind the counter watching something on his phone he take a lollipop from the lollipop stand on the counter and pokes it in his ear and after he puts it back,

Another thing when I shop there he also charges more than what the other staff do,

Only wish I could have got a video of that and I’d be putting that straight on YouTube,

Super unfriendly (especially the young guy behind till) and an uncomfortable experience every time we go in

Very uncomfortable going into this shop. The staff are all men, they take it in turns to chat up female customers - guys, we are coming in to shop, not get flirt or get a date - or they ignore customers all together while they play on their phones. It's more expensive than most other shops, and they're shifty with the prices. All in all, avoid if you can - and you can with the M&S and the little corner shops nearby.
Leaving feedback on here rather than in person in the shop because I find the men intimidating.
