A classic Norwich establishment. The perfect place to take your mother for a shopping outing. Convenient parking a post office and they have a great range of ethical recycled clothes.

As a 6'1" athletic man, I find it hard to find hoodies that fit, either they're too short or too wide. Today I popped in to collect a parcel and would you believe it, the hoodies in the women's section are a perfect fit. I'm guessing they're meant to be oversize but they are great and very soft.

Has everything you need and more, including items, that you did not know you needed. Polite and very helpful staff. Manager is always in store working. Security are friendly until they are needed.

Clothing, footwear, homewares and electricals are competitively priced. But food seems rather expensive compared to supermarket prices.

I've found the service friendly and efficient. There's also a small post office in store. And they stock Vape 88 pod kits close to the counter.

I have only been in Roy's norwich a few times and I don't think I will go back again after my visit today, the woman who served me was extremely rude and this is disappointing and I don't know what I did to upset her, as someone with mental health problems it wasn't a nice experience and one I don't want to repeat

Does all your lockdown needs. Although the good nail brushes are only available in Wroxham.

Come here for special offers on food - they usually have several different offers. Some products are more expensive e.g. baby wipes or cat food than the supermarket. This store has a little bit of everything. Post office is handy if you don't want to travel into city centre. Parking is around the back of the store (adjacent to pay and display car park)
