Much better selection of fresh food than most other Sainsbo's, but still missing the occasional basic item like fresh herbs. Not the biggest supermarket but enough here to do a weekly shop. Staff seem bad-tempered but that's probably because of all the double prams blocking the hallways.

Customer service this morning was appalling. Sunday opening time is 11am I get that and fully understand it. But, if you as a business decide to open the store early at 10.30am in today's case and allow multiple customers in at that time to go about their shopping. I expect to be able to pay for my items at that time. But no this morning after collecting a couple minor items I got to the checkout where there was one gentlemen, I don't know his name he never had his name badge on either, who rudely told me I cannot pay for the items until 11am, what is the logic here? You can come in and look at the items for half an hour but not pay and leave? It is absolutely ridiculous and the manor in which I was treated by this sainsburys staff member has tainted my view of the brand, I will no longer be shopping at this store.

As with any Sainsbury’s unless you go in there at exactly 11:30am on a Tuesday it’ll be so busy your free range eggs will go off whilst your standing in the queue, even at the self service checkouts! Every time I’ve been in there at least 2 out of however many they have (probably 12) self service machines is broken and they’ll only be one member of staff managing these machines whilst being pulled in every which direction because a customer is having a problem with theirs. The staff do the best they can but perhaps they’re just spread to thinly...

It was surprising to see that during Covid times in October they aren't wrapping up the fresh food such as croissants. What about people that cough and don't wear masks? Please wrap the food, it should be a standard practice!

Disgusting place. Staff are useless don’t know where they find these losers. Rather go to Marks least helpful and don’t watch your every move whilst shopping. JOKE STORE !

After recent changes in store management, store seems to have gone downhill so far that it now resides underground.
Previous store manager (I think it was Richard) was very good and customer-focused. New management, not so much
