Always helpful to customers for buying and suggesting for products.
Good collection of juice , cheese and meat. And varieties of frozen products and cheaper prices. The most good thing about wine is that there is 25% offer in wines. I'm loving it.

Pretty wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, including ripe avocados sold by 2. Champagnes, liquors and wines are also well presented

Argos Team is amazingly fast here ⏩ thanks so much 🌞 the reason for a 4⭐ review is because there are no chairs to sit 🪑 whilst you decide to buy 🛍️ for disability purposes and people who are unable to stand some people need to sit down ♿ though I think you can ask for a chair if you need one💺 Customer Service is very polite, friendly, approachable and a very helpful professional attitude 🤗 🙌🏽 thanks for your time and help so far 😊 God Bless 🙏🏽 #JODY aServiceAngel 😘

I was stunned to see the manager at this store abuse a customer. It happened at around 5pm while the store was full of Christmas shoppers
The customer was simply attempting to return items and what transpired was truly shocking. The tone demeanor and language was inappropriate.
The manager shouted 'I wish you complain and get me fired from this awful job'
I would AVOID this store, if the management feel that way, then as a customer what am I supposed to expect?

Rude, Rude, Rude Managers
Customer experience manager, Raj, is a disgrace to the brand.
How he can be allowed to shout and swear at customers is astounding.
Calling my wife 'Sweetheart' condescendingly highlights his lack of tact.
Sainsbury's please sort out your poor customer service levels at this store !!

No store manager available. Poor customer service! No supervisor available.
It is almost Christmas so I've decided to purchase some gifts to my colleagues at work. This store is very convenient in location and you can find all sorts of items.
I've purchased a bottle of whiskey and some chocolates on 22.12.2022 and I was able to purchase it without an ID. ( I'm 27 years old)
Next day I had to buy some wine, and was stunned by 2 members of staff. They refused to approve the wine without presenting and ID. I do understand this procedure, however at that moment I did not bring my ID as the previous day they have approved it without any hustle.
They could not accept a picture of my ID, however when I asked on what bases they can not accept the ID if it's valid (you can check the dates on the passport- it's valid), they could not give me any explanation.
When I asked for a store manager, the answer was '' he is not here today''. Such a big store with plenty of staff working there, not properly trained... I think if the staff not competent enough a store manager or at least a supervisor should be available. However, it seems like they don't even know what is a supervisor.

AVOID if you have limited time and really in rush to purchase 21+ items. I do not look as a teenager, but the disrespect what I felt with this poor customer service is not acceptable. Close down the store if you can't afford to have a manager... Ridiculous...

Shockingly Poor Management!!!
The customer experience manager, Raj, is rude bordering on abusive. Despite several customer complaints there never seems to be an improvement. If you have poor service write in, whatever you do avoid the Customer manager, he just makes matters worse.

I'm sorry about this screed here but there are so many issues here! I don't know where to start! Unfortunately this place it's getting worse and worse ever since I started visiting. I try to avoid now if I can but sometimes is just not possible...

It is in a great need of upgrade and refurbishment, but they don't seem to care about, instead - trying to catch the leaking water into the buckets all across the store..!!

Variety of goods offered here is good, but some basic products are impossible to find any more, like a small 0.3 Evian water.

Usually large queues to the tills because there is not enough staff.

There used to be a Starbucks which was a great addition, now we have a Specsavers which, in my opinion is a far worse fit and more for high street not here. Having a coffee shop and place where you can seat for few minutes was much better idea.

Another problem is they have implemented a new system which is scanning the barcode on the receipt to get out from self-service till area - it doesn't work and it's completely useless, I have seen few customers shouting and arguing.

The car park was nice and easy to get in and out before but they've decided to make a international delivery hub from most of it and force customers to park upstairs (only few disabled spaces downstairs), terrible decision in my opinion as most of the time there's only one extremely slow and shabby lift working.

They at least used to have toilets but another latest great decision was to close them permanently, apparently reason being abused which I don't suppose is the case, rather LACK of the proper maintenance - as with everything else in this store!!

I don't know why they are so blind, but they have so many issues here...!!

I'm sorry it's a lot but, honestly it doesn't look good..! Big changes are required here FAST!!!
