BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING

Have been a regular visitor to this store since it opened. I like the produce and pricing but have noted in the last few months, you MUST check your receipt due to regular pricing errors and by regular I mean on each and every visit.

On each shop over the last few weeks at least one item has been charged at full price instead of the reduced "offer" price and this is unacceptable. It's either a very cynical ruse expecting customers not to check their receipts to notice or pure incompetence by ultimately the manager to allow this to go unchecked on so many items. ???

Clean and well organized supermarket store .
I only needed to buy some meal deals for 5 days .
Prices seemed competitive with discount supermarkets.
I loved the big sign over the door as you were leaving the store , saying thank you for shopping with us , we would love to see you again soon.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Store always seems well stocked with what we are looking for.
This time the whole store was very cold. Staff were well wrapped up even on the tills. Entrance lobby was warmer with outside air coming in.

Lots of Christmas goodies and beautiful gifts! Small clothing section and a cafe too! They have a great selection of flowers and plants!

It's a nice big store and we can find all the groceries, fresh vegetables and some clothes as well. The prices are comparatively reasonable. Highly recommended to all local people.

Every time a nightmare, you have to look closely at the prices and description of the products on the labels. There is always something wrong, prices, description, product itself... Unfortunately, all against everything that I have learnt that applies in retail. Last 2 times I have shopped there out of 10 products at least 5 had higher prices at the till. Asked for the reasons behind this situation, I was told that the overnight shift is to blame and offered a £5 voucher ( I have to mention that the overpricing was way higher than £5 at the till ). Today, 28/12/2022 they had yellow tags on items ( discount tags ) with the full price of £5 cut off and a reduced price of £5, £4.33 cut off full price and £4.33 reduced price. I would call this a massive scam and I would advise all Morrisons shoppers to check their receipts.

This Morrisons store is located at the five ways junction on the Purley Way. It is a convenient place to shop and is a good sized store offering the usual fair for a Morrisons. The Market Street is a differentiator compared to other supermarkets. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. On all my recent visits the store has not been too crowded and I've managed to complete my shop in a reasonably quick time.

Stuck in log jam in car park for 45 mins!! Absolute chaos - avoid it!!
