As of March 2022 They have started charging a fee to use the PayPoint (!). No need to put up with this, the Italian shop on the other side past Duckett Road still does it for free.

Really difficult experience. They have rejected my parcel twice now and I am still waiting to receive it after a month. I think they are no longer accepting ups parcels so best to look elsewhere for this service.

Reject to use of the oyster service. Lying that TFL closed for all oyster service in all shops and allow only during the day. And they laughed into my face. They were very disrespectful… one man in the till and his friend a customer...

Worst customer service ever, the lady doesn’t know how to speak to people and pretends she doesn’t understand anything. I would never go back to this place ever again!!!

my iPhone was stolen from Spitalfields Market and shows at this location, I tried talking to the tenants at 68 A,B, and C but no luck, I even went to the shop owner but they were rude and dismissive. The phone has not moved from this location since 2:25pm. 13th November, 2022

Excellent customer service. The staff are very polite and efficient. I will be dropping off all my Amazon returns here from now on. Great selection of beverages and snacks, too.

Horrible experience. Got there to drop something for UPS, nobody was wearing a mask and the person in charge kept coming very close, then repeatedly touched my phone trying to scan the code instead of asking me; when I asked him to stop and ask me instead, he got angry, started talking in a different language and refused service in a very threatening way so I had to take my parcel back.

As a UPS collection point is a total disaster. They refused to take the parcel from UPS so when I went for it, the parcel wasn't there, and I wasn't notified. The guy who claimed to be the manager didn't have a clue. I had to call UPS to amend my delivery and put a complaint about this place.
