Sainsbury's Local

It's very useful sometimes to have a Sainsbury's near home...but it has a very poor selection of meats. During rush hours you won't find everything. I prefer to use local independent shops for meat, vegetables and fresh food.

Was in this shop on Saturday 29th July and a pizza delivery guy came in with boxes for the manager Susan - after joking with her about a lot of pizzas for one person she told me she was treating her staff for working hard that day! What a great manager! Have to say always noticed staff happy in this branch - can see why now!

It's a good local store and it's in a convenient place. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Never had a problem here so it's useful however, always check before using the cash machine there for the plastic on the inside or something which may trap the card as this place is a hotspot for card fraud. Otherwise it's all good.

Customers regularly shopping without face masks at the height of the lockdown and staff ignoring it. I did not feel safe in the store.

Never stocked with what you’d need. No eggs, toothpaste or basic things like chicken thighs. Need a Tesco Express in the neighbourhood instead tbh. They know what’s up.

Abusive and extremely rude staff!

Visited during a busy time and one of the staff (a Lebanese/ Arabic looking woman with a pony tail) was throwing baskets on purpose to the floor - to show the customers how busy she was and how she couldn’t be bothered to fix the self-checkout machines 😅

Sainsbury’s please, just replace the whole branch with staff who knows what respect means - as a customer I don’t deserve to be treated like this

Have the essentials and important things .. tidy place .. prices are a little bit high but over all the products are in good shape and clean .. closes at 11 p.m .. and had Costa coffee Vendor inside 👍

The rudest staff i have ever came across !
The asian manager in Black shirt always smells like body odour its rank!! And the way he treats his staff should be illegal.
A couple of the young girls are nice and polite but the rest are unbelievable!!!
