Tesco Express

poorly run business. Still convenient as there aren't many other supermarkets around, but at checkout always understaffed. For such a small tesco where there's always 5,5 customers in the entire store to wait 3 minutes at least to pay and go is just bad

Yet another shop where prices on the shelf don't match those charged at the till. My bill today should have been £6.50 but came to £11.20 at the till. When I complained, a second attempt at Clubcard price still came to £8.80... This is completely dishonest and I will not be shopping here ever again.

Came in and couldn't find any staff, I had to walk to the storage to call a member of the staff, who wanted to serve first someone waiting at the till point then me. When I told him I was there waiting for 10 min he said "ok mam" in a rude manner. I wanted to drop a package and he tried 2 seconds to scan it and didn't work, then told me sorry not working and gave me the package back to turn to the other customer...

I was just screamed at by an employee of the Bounds Green Store named Faiyez. He completely flipped out at me because I didn't have a physical receipt on me, only an online copy. Pictures attached of the employee.

I have come multiple times recently to pick up some food for work and on all of these occasiona they have had no meal deals, no ready meals all empty shelves which has left me with very limited choices as there's not many other shops I could go to near the train station. Very dissapointing and a waste of time.

I am disabled, I was struggling to hold my bags and get my receipt out to refund a product and the Tesco Employee named Faiyez at the Bounds Green Store shouted infront of everyone to "hurry up" and then told the member of staff at the till to serve the next customer. When I tried to explain that I am disabled, he begun screaming at me. I cannot believe how I was just treated. He needs to work in a completely different role if he can't deal with basic human decency or customer service. How do I raise a formal complaint?

Small, poor layout, card only self checkout. Ice cream always has freezer burn. I think because it's the only supermarket for a mile or two they think people will come so we won't bother. Staff are okay. Local crackheads outside begging daily. Be very careful using the cashpoint as it's been rigged before. But at least they have invested in a coffee machine (which is the last thing it actually needs!)

Was just in store with my pregnant partner where she suddenly needed to go to the toilet, I asked a member of staff if she could use the toilet who directed me to the manager on shift who refused to let her use the toilet, I actually showed him that this is actually illegal to which he didn’t care and asked me to leave which only annoyed me further and is lucky the situation didn’t escalate the security guard on shift couldn’t even believe it and could only apologise as he could see how frustrated I was

I don’t know his name but he was the duty manager on shift on Wednesday 14/12/22 at approximately 15:30
