Every time t I go to this shop I feel like second category of customer.Probably because I'm not English there is no halo and no goodbye, no thank you ( a reason to say that is my observation of customer service towards English customers). The service counter always serves his phone touch pad better then me without even looking or saying anything. It makes me fell very uncomfortably. As I committed the crime to buy some alcohol from them (Very judgmental). Only positive person is the gay with the glasses polite but he is not there very often.
Conclusion
Is not so far to other shop by walk or by car with nice smiley faces and outstanding customer service skills
For me never again

Brought my 4 year old nephew an ice cream here and i opened it outside the store and it was melted. When i showed this to the 2 men behind the till they told me to contact the manufacturer with my issue and were rude and not helpfull and refused to give me a refund. Safe to say i will not be returning to this store and my nephew finished his walk home very upset.

Sells expired food...

Same as the chap below here, I bought a pack of buns when I got home had one and had that old bread texture.

I look at the expire date and was tomorrow it's now 22:00.

I've paid full price for old bread, I went there, as I live close, and the guy said to me that I should contact the manufacture I wanted an exchange.

I've told him that usually shops sells their near to expire date product at reduced price, and he told me in a very rude way that there was nothing he could do.

The other day I got a pack of crisps in there and it was expired so I've said in store to him and he told me the manufacture's were to be blamed and not him.

Never shop there again

Friendly helpful staff. Well stocked with a good range of products at good prices. All in all a great little corner shop.

Cheap customer service 👎

Worst place you could go to shop, rude staff alway on phone. They refuse to take money that is still legal tender for another 2 weeks. They talk over you in a foreign language and it make you feel like there talking about you. Beer are funny tasting because they switch there fridge off every night, check dats on thing because i have had to return items on a number of occasions ie bacon 1 week out of date, 6 eggs 3 weeks out of date..

Awesome corner shop with a great selection of convenience items.
Staff whenever I've visited are polite.

Go here to do parcels pick and drop. Some people are ok. One.guy who knows me is very friendly and polite. Some of them are super grumpy especially the ones on weekends.
