Horringer Court Store

I have just had the most awful experience in this shop, where I go regularly. To the point where I reduced to tears by the vile man behind the counter. He was incredibly unhelpful in regards to using store & post office. And for a 2nd day in a row sent me away with my parcel as he did not know how to deal with it & come back when another member of staff were on duty. He was unpleasant, belittling & massively unhelpful. I will not be going back there.

Good service, and great selection of liberty flight vape products and Dot Go and Pro systems.

id paid 5£ something for my items and watched the amount go through. now i always ask for a receipt. while doing my receipt apparently he managed to refund me and approached me after I'd left the shop to explain this, i said it was find checked my bank and couldn't see anywhere the money back in my account. so i waited with wich he got somewhat impatient and requested i pay the refunded amount back to him, avoiding agro i did. have since checked my bank to see there's £11.98 pending from my account thats being paid to them. i only spent £5 something in there meaning it never voided or refunded the owner or worker was just being disgustingly muggy. i shant ever be going again.

Everything you need for a local convenience store including post office. Very friendly if you are too.

Ok handy little shops and pub.

Potentially one of the rudest shop keepers in the land. We avoid the shop whenever possible because of the owner.

Always happy staff. Friendly helpful. Nice little shop
