Iceland Supermarket London

Recently refitted. Bit more selection now and much cleaner and bright. Always good prices. My only negative, although the staff are nice, the wait at the tills can be long at times. Only 1 or 2 tills ever seem to be open and staff do seem slow at times to respond to requests for help.

Full shelves and freezers, affordable food and everything you need in one place. Nice staff but they just need to keep an eye on the queues and open more tills as and when needed. They can soon shut them when queues die down. Love this store though as always get what I want and far the cheapest than other supermarkets.

Iceland is always a great place to go for a good selection of great food choices, and at great value. Try Iceland, if you've not yet done so, and you'll not regret doing so.

I went to Iceland today 10:20 and imagine all delivery slots gone. I asked why and how. They said they only have one driver. I then asked for it to be delivered tomorrow and told No.
First the cost of bus fare to get here
Then tomorrow I need to pay for another bus to get there. Now I’m basically spending shopping money .
I find it sad that someone with a disability is being treated this way. The time and effort to go shopping very disappointed with service from here and PS get your free stuff from the store they never give you

Shopped in here yesterday, asked for delivery between 5-7. Driver ever rang the bell ( I live in a block of flats) he just put a note through the door. Rang up and they said they will deliver today between 10-12. Driver turnt up with one crete out of 3 and most of it was crushed and open. Rang up again, got told will deliver it all between 3-5. They sent the wrong items, this is getting past a joke now. Never asking for delivery again.

I went in to Iceland today, my ms was giving me trouble so was draining to shop and get buses. Some angel of a lady who works there I think her name is Laura but not 100 percent noticed I wasn't right plus noticed I was upset and this beautiful human being offered to pay for a cab for me , what a kind caring and compassionate lady we had a moment and I will never forget her heart. I declined the cab but the amazing man who stands by the door pushed my trolly to the bus stop. I jst want to say thankyou I Will remember your empathy and kindness and just want to let you know your both amazing ❤️

Always like getting my meat 🍖 joints and other frozen foods from Iceland great value for money. 👍👍👍😋😋
