I've never had any issues ordering on-line from Sainsbury's. The delivery is always quick, the items arrive well packed and in a perfect condition. I think the prices are reasonable enough to order regularly.

Great local supermarket, it has all you need. May have to pay for parking on street at certain times, but not in the evening.

I often go to this shop after football, it’s open late and there’s a good variety of things.

I have one gripe though, they sell singles bananas at 25p each. They also sell loose bunches of bananas 🍌 but instead of weighing them, they still charge 25p each! They tell me they only sell them like this (other then the bagged bananas). If you’re wanting to eliminate plastic where possible you will get penalised for it by paying roughly 2.5 times the amount because of their policy of selling them singularly. A weighed single banana, if small works out at about 10p.

Staff are always helpful and friendly.

A good and conveniently located store , shame about the manager or at least one of them named MUKTAR , very very rude and unfriendly guy , no concept of customer service , should not be dealing with people at all

Just went to that store. Bought some chocolate printed my receipt. Then noticed I forgot to buy some bread. Dashed to the bread section. Member of staff looked at me like I was a thief. Not nice feeling

Most of the staff mind their own business, but the new manager they hired thought that I was walking around their small store for too long and commented, "Are you going to stay with us then?". All while not realising I went to look for items in another store before returning back to the shop and I feel unwelcome. Not a nice feeling as I am sick and wanted to be left alone, like other customers and I was just looking for my medicines.

Otherwise a good local Sainsbury's with a fair selection of items.

Store manager is rude. I’ve placed 2 bottles of wine into checkout area, accidentally scanning as 3 bottles. Store manager decided to be cocky and approved 2 bottles as 3. When asked why I’m being charged for 3 bottles despite clearly only 2 bottles in the bagging area - manager proceeded to argue and being sarcastic instead of assisting with the purchase.

When asked to provide his name - he refused. Also refused to serve me.

Avoid this store if you can.

When I'm dissatisfied I generally try to stay quiet but I'm not going here again full stop. I live in between tesco and sainsburys and the staff in tesco are super friendly, the security guard is jovial and very helpful, (if you drop something he'll help you etc).
In this Sainsbury's I've heard the manager raise his voice at the staff and use swear words right on the shop floor, twice staff have spoken over me about me like I'm not there, they don't say hello, please or thank you. I excused myself as I tried to walk past a chap that was stacking the shelves and he didn't look at me or even move until I just stood there letting him know I wasn't about to squeeze past him but it was clearly a massive inconvenience. Once the manager said they couldn't accept my £50 even though he hadn't checked it with a pen or UV light, he clearly couldn't be bothered. I told him it was legal tender and I'd be happy for him to check it, he just said, 'yeah yeah alright whatever.' I mean I could go on and on but I won't bore you. I'm a small business owner in the area and if I treated any of my customers like this I'd be out of business within the month. Anyway, I've fixed the problem, Tesco's here I come!

Went in quite late after a 8pm football match at Stamford Bridge and queuing time was slow with only self service open but I got what I needed. Marked down for queuing time and I don't think the store has seen a paintbrush or any refurbishment attempt since 1992
