Very disappointed over again. No cashiers for disabled and elderly people. When I ask for cashier to come and help the looks and comments I get r disgusting. Not all disabilities r visual. Not everyone can bend with every single item on self checkout. Teach your staff manners. And put more cashiers on daily. Do not discriminate. Thank you

This store gets worse and worse. The soft fruit is frequently mouldy or becomes so well within its use by date. You gave to check fruit and veg very carefully. It runs out of standard products frequently and takes weeks to restock. It only has 2 or 3 traditional tills. There are 4 smart shop tills but 1 or 2 are regularly out of service. This isn't resolved for days. As a result there are huge queues at busy times.

Medium size store but fully stocked. Parking on the ground floor for anyone with kids or disabled. More car parking below ground. Didn't see any EV chargers though :/

The bakery is tucked right at the back.
They also have a fresh sushi kiosk which was helpful for a quick grab and go lunch.
The staff are polite and helpful but when it gets busy, there doesnt seem to be enough staff on hand :(

Good stock for its size. Friendly service, especially from the Argos staff. Underground car park is a life saver in the rain, but getting out of the area is a nightmare thanks to stupid road schemes.

My local Sainsbury's is Lee Green and I have to say that the staff who work there are the most helpful staff members I have ever had the pleasure to ask for assistance (as a disabled woman) they are always ready to help and always with a smile.
Well Done to all the shop assistants keep up your great work.

Great supermarket as you can find nearly everything you need. But a very downside of it is that they don't have enough cashier's and only those machines that make you loose a lot of time.
Since they have those machines I've started looking elsewhere for our shopping.
Looks like Sainsbury's directors/board members want to run their supermarkets by machines.

Mostly very pleased with this store. But horrified at deterioration in quality of fresh fruit and veg since dates taken off packages. Tomatoes bought yesterday and opened this evening covered in black spots. I wonder if produce is being properly checked for freshness. Must be difficult for staff to do this without dates.

I like shopping in this supermarket as its staff works very hard and always tries to assist its customers when they need any help. I appreciate all staff of this store very much.
