I did a click & collect for first time not having a clue how it worked. I went in shop at first & guy at till was very helpful directed me back out to round the back of the building.
I parked up at the right bit but then thought I'd to go to a hatch or something to pick up my shopping, not just stay in my car & he comes out to you.
So I wandered around in freezing cold & then saw the gentleman with someone's shopping on trolley taking it to car & asked where I go so he explained he brings it to me & knew my name so was prepared for my arrival in the pick up slot & said he'd noticed I was new so was expecting I might be a bit confused. They could maybe have a sign saying - 'please wait in your car & the attendant will come to you'? But he was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, friendly & patient as I loaded my bags from the trays. He must have been freezing bless him!
Really quick & easy way to get a last min shop at really good prices once you know what you're doing. Everything was in date & good condition & the 2 substitutions were great no problems.
I've popped into the shop a couple of times now & it's a great selection seeing as it's not a big superstore. Has groceries, medicines, stationery, a bit of clothing and everything great prices with some fab deals at times. It's never been overcrowded,& checkout staff always been nice & helpful.

You falsely accessed me of stealing from you today (140722) and you refused to call the police in order for me to clear my name, I feel that you owe me a full apologies, I created a incident which is on your CCTV, and would like your head office to review, if I did steal why didn't you get the police involved when I asked them to attend, if anyone can help me to obtain the CCTV footage under the data protection act or freedom of information request please advise me, and can you tell me where to get this to Morrison head office

Plenty of parking here. Other shops on the car park. A lovely proper butchers open on a Sunday.! Plus a age concern and Bernardo’s open as well.

The shop itself is OK (although a limited range compared to larger branches), but unfortunately the car park is now one big honey trap. Visit on foot by all means, but park a car here at your peril - expect to get a £70 fine if you so much as breathe in the wrong direction...

Most of the staff are absolutely rude and do not know how to deal with customers politely. Moreover Bamber Bridge is not a nice place at all. There is long haired and beared young man working at the self checkout and do not have a clue how to deal with customers. Train your staff for customer care before posting any where and tell them that they are representing Morrison when dealing each customer. Keep your body language right, face the customer and look in to their eye and smile. Customer is the King and they are always right and your wages coming through them. If you cannot smile and deal with customers politely do not employ them any where near customers.

the store at bamber bridge has always been more expensive than other supermarkets in the area but prices are jumping up in leaps and bounds rather than small increases.
morrisons used to offer good quality own brand alternatives to major brands but have a habit of ceasing them or increasing the prices so they're very closely priced to their competition.
this store also suffers from products being out of stock, even after big deliveries.
one of the biggest headaches is making sure you are charged the right price at the till. there have been too many occasions when we've been overcharged!
this was a suitable convenience supermarket in the heart of bamber bridge but you get better selection and prices at other local supermarkets.
