You can grab a costa coffee from a vendor machine at the rear. Ovens here so fresh bread. sometimes interesting reductions near the cashiers. Staff are friendly and a nicely bonded team.

I found that South Ealing branch has much more choices, especially when comes to fresh baked breads and baguettes, even at 6pm there will be fresh sour dough bread.Organic bananas are non existent here. Self paying machines are quite often out of order. Overall appearance of this branch is messy, disorganised and dirty.

Just bought b&h silver the guy at the till said he put in in the bag which he did not and did not gave me a new one. Had to buy a new one. 29/01/20 4.20pm. Young Indian guy at the till .

Good supermarket. Almost all items are available and the staff are helpful.
There are even fresh bakes and coffee available in-store.

Went to this branch of Sainsbury’s last Tuesday and was really pleased with the service I received. I was looking for a particular type of baby milk but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Asked a nearby assistant working on the shop floor and immediately went to where it was located, upon finding not on the shelf he went to the back store and brought it out for me, all this in the space of a minute, was impressed with his enthusiasm to give excellent customer service. Great 5 star service from Mr Toafique, if only all Sainsbury’s customer assistants had this level of service and enthusiasm. Will be back if I'm passing through town. 👍🏻

Over 2 hours for a delivery order !! Absolutely disgusting!!

Home delivery does not match the order!

This afternoon I went to the shop to buy some groceries. The 2 ladies on duty clearly did not want to sell any products and one lady at the till was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Dumped my purchases and did not offer to pack my carrier bag. I decided to get the rest of my shopping at another store where the staff are more helpful and friendly. Time for me to shop elsewhere.
