M&S Simply Food

Just a quick review for the baby change room on the first floor. M&S have one of the best baby changing rooms Ive been in! You have a toilet cubicle, seat, two bins, integrated sink, prep side & changing table. Also the room is big enough for a large pram. Other large companies should follow this.

Excellent service today in the clothes section. Sandra who was on the fitting room was so helpful with my mum. Such a professional lady with so much experience.
Thank you Sandra for putting my mum at ease. The lady on the checkout was also so helpful. Would highly recommend this Marks and Spencers.

Visited this store today 2.9.22 with a friend & was so disappointed with the cafe. Ordered bacon butties…..run out of bacon 🤷‍♂️. Then asked for toast & jam….only serve toast for breakfast 🤷‍♂️. So ended up with a cup of tea only as had lost the will to live by then.

No consistency among staff. A few weeks ago I asked the counter assistant whether I may have the avocado and poached eggs on toast without the avocado and with an extra toast. I have since had that four times until today when I was told the extra toast was decided by whoever was serving and shedding do it

Came here today for breakfast. Had the Avocado on toast and poached eggs with bacon and sausage. Toast was freezing cold eggs bacon and sausage were freezing cold. Very disappointed because I am a fan of M&S. Won't be having food here again. Unless they serve it hot!!!

I visited M+S food today at giltbrook retail park found I couldn't see which loaf of bread I wanted as the lights had been turned off! I mentioned it to a member of staff who said I should use a torch as they are trying to save money! I hope no-one trips over and gets injured. I found this ridiculous. Are they struggling that much.words fail me!

Lucas I believe is the young lad name he is outstanding nothing is too much trouble. Went above and beyond. Shame not all staff are like this. He is true asset with impeccable manner and customer service. Will definitely shop in store again
