No masks worn by the majority of the staff. Any staff that were wearing masks had placed them below their chin. Customers were also seen not wearing any masks and and staff made no attempts to make it clear that this is breaking the rules set in place. No social distancing rules were implemented at any point. Very disappointing, would definitely recommend avoiding this shop.

It has extremely convenient parking and is accessible for disabled.
Self-checkout is always available(if your social distancing) and always someone at cash register
Also has a great selection of deals 👌 👍 👏

Nice free parking for customers at this Tesco Express. Friendly staff, small place so you also finish quickly.

I was served by Pra Santh. No management available. He said he is a manager when I asked to speak with someone in charge. He didn't provide a customer service for complaint and when I asked him what I need to do to make a complaint about service he said he didn't know as know one asked him to make complaint before.
I came to drop a Evri parcel, he said the printer isn't working. I when back to print my parcel in a shop and came back. He then said the printer was working but we say yo customer the printer doesn't work when we cannot take parcel as there isn't any space. He wasted over an hour of my time sending me away to print and come back, instead of being honest. Majority of staff at this Tesco are unhappy and Unhelpful staff that want to send the customer away without help.

I went for an Amazon return but they just refused my package because they were too full of returns packages already and honestly I don't know what is the meaning of that. If you offer collection you take the package. Simple. I've tried to ask for a favour because I was with a rented car taken specifically to carry the package but nothing change. They should probably stop offering this service.

You have to lift each item, one at a time, out of your basket to scan it, and place each back in your basket straight away. Did I scan that 23rd item already? Hmm...

To have alcohol approved you have to eventually attract the attention of the apparently sole employee in the entire store, who is in a deep meditative trance. Normal humans must appear akin to humming birds to this person.

Awful service! The guy literally accuses me of stealing! I had to get my receipt and show him every item. I have never been so offended. Not so much as an apology. This has inspired me to get a nectar card so I remember to go to sainsbury's instead.
