Asda Rawtenstall Superstore

My husband and I regularly shop in Asda Rawtenstall although we live nearer to the Rochdale store - in our opinion Rawtenstall is far better. Recently I hurt my foot and for the first time in my life I had to use the wheelchair in the store. When we arrived at the checkouts, obviously struggling with the unfamiliar chair and attached trolley, - a lovely assistant named Emma re-opened her till even though she had finished her shift - she then pushed our trolley to the lift and down to the car park, whilst my husband took care of me and the wheelchair. She also offered to load our shopping into the car for us and made sure we were sorted before she left us. This kind and helpful lady epitomises customer service above and beyond. Thank you Emma - you are a credit to Asda Rawtenstall.

I was very disappointed with the visit today Rawtenstall store is not my nearest store but I do enjoy it normally however today was just not what iv come to expect shelfs were empty date are getting worse on items things not placed in the right place with the correct price on them eg all the eggs and when you get to the tills thy were queuing 6 deep staff asking for help for more tills to be open honestly should of been the front end team support doing that not just stood their laughing very poor service hope it improves before Christmas or customers might think of going elsewhere

Very large store over 2 floors. Escalators and public lift. Enormous parking over 2 decks. Cash machine on outer wall of lower level. Vast selection of goods on sale here. Upper floor is for foodstuffs, while lower is for clothing, kids toys, electrical etc. Opticians, camera services etc are also downstairs.

Came into store today I had a pampers voucher to use and it states on the voucher it can only be used at asda I found the product and went to the check out scanned the item.and scanned the item and the voucher which it excepted the voucher but when I went to check out it suddenly rejected the voucher when I asked a member of staff they didn't know so asked another member who said they couldn't honour my voucher and was very off handed and told me they wouldn't honour the voucher at all not happy when they voucher were worth alot to me and the staff were really quite rude

Shop in ASDA Rawtenstall regularly. The store has recently been reorganised to take in new freezers. But why move everything round like they have. Fruit and veg no longer flow with apples in the veg etc etc. Just seems odd and not very customer friendly or helpful with lots of shoppers wandering aimlessly round. That area particular needs a rethink

Asda rewards doesn't work , mine hasnt worked since 10th Oct , is anybody else having these problems , in store fobbed me of with let's see how it goes this month because it's now working , if spent £260 with no rewards

Fantastic experience at the pharmacy during a very busy time of the year. Items ordered at 4.30pm and arrived the next morning. Didn’t have a receipt to complete feedback sorry. Thank you!

It's a big a dull shop like most ASDA's but recently they have really improved especially in the cooked food and pizza counters. They now offer good quality sushi dishes. My only quibble is that they often run out of stock and on my average weekly shop 7 items on my list are not stocked on the shelves?
This forces me to shop elsewhere and results in 4 not 5 stars.
STOCK CONTROL ISSUES!
Plenty of parking clothing and technology.
