Mace

Younger lad who unfortunately broke his arm was amazing. Always gave great service and asked about my day. Such small gestures go such a long way.

Thought that the staff only hated me for some reason, even when I'm trying REALLY hard to be friendly with them! So glad that after reading the reviews .. it's not me... They hate everyone!!

Honestly some of the rudest employees I’ve ever met in my life, which has prompted me to write this review. Treated my basic questions and requests with complete and utter distain and showed zero care for the customer experience. I left feeling angry and disrespected. Mace need to do better to ensure the future customers don’t have the same experience I did as I can confidently say I will never be returning and will encourage all else to do the same.

This Mace really is Ace. It has absolutely everything you need
We loved that the sold food for ducks & Swans in a bag for 50P.
We went down to the river and feed them and they nearly bit the hands off us once they saw the food. Mind you that wasn't the shops fault
All in all a wonderful experience

0/5..the worst customer service ever,I have been living beside this shop for two years now and I went there only for emergencies🤣 and everytime I see the same rude service I regret visiting this shop. I have already talked to my friends here around and all of them face the same problem (We thought they were racist until we read the reviews).. Unfortunately, we are not used to disrespect anyone, but I hope that they will meet lots of rude customers.thank you Co-op💓💓💓

This is a great shop!. The best bit are the friendly helpful local staff and the Brew shop at the rear for all your. Brewing needs. Good advice and support. Highly recommended

Probably the worst customer service in Exeter. One woman really tried to help me with a return I was having trouble with, the other totally disregarded what I was trying to say, wouldn’t listen to me and kept talking over me insisting that she couldn’t help - even though she could have if she had stopped to listen for one second! Very frustrating experience!
