Pleasant and helpful staff many having been there for a long time, low staff turnover has to be good. Not a huge range of stock but adequate for a small store. I am happy to use the shop regularly. Excellent level access for wheelchairs with aisles that are wide enough to allow wheelchairs not to disrupt other shoppers and vice versa.

The AC is up too high, similar shops aren't as cold as this one. It's a small outlet so there isn't much fresh produce but it has a reasonably good range of other products.

Never enough cassiers and no staff at all on the self service tills. ive waited 10 minutes in the past before somebody has bothered to come over to ok my beers. Generally very bad service and long waits to pay. also whats the point in having a fridge for cold drinks if you turn it down to minimun.

Very rude staff member he made me wait for 15 minutes because he was having his breakfast at 8 o’clock in the morning and also he tried to take a picture of My Argos Card . When I asked him they don’t usually do that aw it’s for a security reasons must be a scammer be aware of what they are doing .

Handy local shop although more expensive than Tesco. Never had a problem until recently where I was treated badly by Michelle an apparent manager. Because of this I’m reluctant to return. I don’t go shopping to be abused by an undertrained manager or spoken to rudely by the cashier for no reason. The security guard likes to follow certain people around the shop but doesn’t seem to stop the ones that actually steel things. I noticed he focuses on certain ethnic minorities.

Shocking no items in the fresh meat and fish section . Completely empty and it's not the first time and it's not the first time and I have had enough of that retailer. Thank God marks and Spenser's is opening up.

horrible customer service!! you feel like you cant shop in peace without someone following you. so uncomfortable. I will never shop here again. and when I went to collect my delivery from Argos the woman at the back was so rude also. focus on your customers service and it will be a better place to shop!

the staff are always so helpful and friendly but today whoever is managing them was absolutely awful. Screaming and even swearing at them on the shop floor in front of customers. Was unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers but mostly must have been horrible for staff. Appalling way to treat colleagues I was so shocked.
