Went to the cafe for coffee and food.
Average food, average service and quite expensive. Nice presentation on the food though.

Great service in the cafe from everyone, but have to mention the especially good service from Jane today, really went out of her way to get us everything we needed and made sure everything was okay. Great food too, plenty of spaces to sit.

Not much to say to be honest.

Way to expensive for the quality of food, maybe I’m fussy but most of the food Doesn’t taste that great especially for how expensive it is.
However Some of there food is quite good - such as There crisp, chocolate and bakery.

The experience I had in the cafe want the best,
The cake I had there was very cold and way to rich. Also the woman the served seemed quite annoyed for no reason.

Love m&s it was a little expensive back in the day but I have found that the prices these days are really reasonable. M&s always has a grate selection of food and drink and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Good parking, this M&S is ideal for a quick food shop. Great choice of High quality bakery, fresh foods and produce. Also has beers, wines and spirits, newspapers, cards, cleaning products and a good cafe.

Usually really great - the quieter times first thing in the morning are best although you often have an obstacle course of crates to navigate due to shelf stacking. Sometimes there is no one keeping an eye on self service checkouts so once you find an employee to help, keep them and make sure they stay for all the shoppers who need them! When the cafe is open it is a useful place to have a break after shopping and is really clean and usually quite calm. Great to people watch or wait for a rainstorm to pass!

I have used this store throughout the pandemic so that I could buy fresh food like fruit and vegetables and I have found it generally very good and safe. I try to go early to avoid crowds but this morning I was there at 10:45 to find that the entrance was very crowded because there were two colleagues, who clearly said they work for the store, standing very close to the entrance making it difficult to navigate the entrance. Certainly there was no room to maintain correct social distancing rules. I said it wasn’t very helpful for them to be standing in that particular place and I just got the retort that they work there. When I left it was still difficult to avoid other shoppers because this time there were three people standing there and I was told by one of them to just get on with my shopping. It seems that my safe store is no longer and I will have to think twice about using it if M&S can’t train their staff to observe safety rules.
