This is a relatively large Lidl with a lot of excellent produce. The quality of their meat, especially the more expensive matured steaks, is excellent.

One of the best things about coming here is that they make fresh bread and pastries throughout the day. Time your visit and you have a choice of the most delicious hot bread or pastries; continental style.

The fruit and vegetables are fresh here.

This Lidl also has special offers on items which vary from things like clothes, gadgets, tools, household items etc on Sundays and Thursdays.

Best of all, the prices are cheap and the place does not break the bank. They now accept credit cards, except American Express.

Finally, parking spaces are a big premium here. The car park, unfortunately, is always pretty full and this may put off some visitors.

who’s gonna eat these? Is it even Hygienic?
This is the worst thing you can see in a shop. So unpleasant and I would never ever eat those from the bakery.

Cheap local grocery store though is a dependable and affordable shop for consumers. Tip: download Lidl all to get promos/discounts. Wish there would be more discounts in the early hours of morning between 8 to 10 am.

The store is brand new and everything looks clean and well organised. The lay out is slightly different to most Lidl stores (for example they have freezers in opposite sections of the store) which is peculiar, but the main thing that stood out was the fact that the check out tills seem to regularly be understaffed which results in long queues and customer time wasted in store.

Went in recently and had horrible customer service experience. There is no need for rudeness but the weekend manager was so abrupt to my mother. My mother asked a simple question and was spoken to like she was nothing. The attitude was disgusting. This is not the first time the same person has used her attitude. Didn't feel like I needed to report it last time as thought she may be having a bad day. But clearly not clearly that's just her. RUDE!

Great. I need to stop going tescos. It's literally half the price of my normal shop. You can get everything you need, and I didn't pick up any unnecessary things that I would pick up in tescos because of the clever way they position everything. Spent 50 pounds and in tedcos that would easily been 100. I'm converted.

Not the shops fault but a horrible customer with really bad attitude.

She bashed my trolley and cut me off few times on way round shop - was deliberately getting in my way.
When I heard shouting and commotion at tills, was not surprised to see this customer shouting and arguing with staff and
Checkout operator Rachel who did nothing wrong, did not deserve to be spoken to like this. This customer was spoiling for a fight from the minute she walked into the store and had a very bad attitude.
Rachel on checkout was visibly upset and should not have had to put up with this. She was very polite and courteous to me. I felt sorry for her.
This customer should be barred from Lidl Hanwell
