I had a package delivered at Supersave food and Wine because it was convenient for me.

Everything went fine with my delivery.

My biggest issue was that the employee let other customers go before me because I had a parcel to collect. This really annoyed me so I asked why he let the others go before me. His argument was that it was only right to let the other customers go before me since all I was doing was collecting my parcel, even though I was first in line.
He also said it would take a lot of time to find my parcel, even though it took less than a second to find...
I also intended to buy some small bits from him, but instead I spent my money in one of the next door shops. I will never go back there again because of terrible customer service.

If I was able to give -100 I would have done so. I ordered an item from Vinted and the collection was from this store. I went on Saturday round 15:30. Entered the shop where the attendant was watching expetionally loud video in asian language. He looked at me and shauted "What do you want". The way he did it almost impossed that I have to bow to him. I said that I am there to collect a parcel. His responce was "Hmm What what parcel?" Explained its Vinted parcel, the guy continued shouting "What is Vinted? What is Vinted? Give me the bar code." I said to him that the message I received show also numerical code...his response - "I dont care you need to bring the bar code." He was shouting like mad...honestly the whole Ealing heard him.
I downloaded the code and insisted to read the message to him stating clearly that either code can be used....SUCH A RUDE RUDE RUDE CREATURE! I am also complaining to Yodel as frankly he made simple situation so complex by his laziness and abrupt behaviour....and this is a man in his mid 50s....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

They don't accept parcels, the machine is always "broken" as usual, so don't waste your time here. This is a good way to make sure I never shop here again, Sainsbury's gets my business now.

I went here to collect my parcel. It was convenient for me as it's near by, but it was the 1st and will be the last time I put my feet in this store. Dodgy characters, not professional and rude.

Not recommended if you care about your mood and dignity.

I share the views of others who have reviewed this shop. Unhelpful and rude staff. I just tried to drop off a Collect+ parcel only to be told my parcel was too big and they would not accept it! After having walked to the shop with it and then had to carry it back again! I will also be reporting them to Collect+. I suggest going anywhere else other than here. Its truly awful. Clearly they have never heard of customer service. If I could leave no stars I would!

You can place your Amazon orders for click and collect at this store. I've done so once and never again. Just go to the Co-op across the road or another corner shop.
The guy is very leery. He'll stare you dead in the eyes and not say a word despite you greating him or saying you're here for your collection. We had a silent stand-off for a very uncomfortable moment until he reluctantly and unenthusiastically asked for the Amazon code.
Click, collect, and never come back.
