it is disappointing that company that claims to help people, is woefully lacking in this store. In the past I have visited Tesco's and the local Aldi.
I suffer from diabetes and unfortunately sometimes need to go to the loo.At this stores, I was in process of buying a present . I had driven two and a half hours, and felt the overwhelming need to go to the loo. The gentlman i asked, flatly responded negatively . I explained the situation, and still the response was no. I explained I was in dire need to the point of wetting myself. The shop operatives response was not my problem.
I have in been in similiar situation with your competitors, and I was shown great courtesy and escorted to the loos.
Shame your staff are not able to show compassion

It does the job, for an Express visit but its dated and dull. I know it's a shop but lacks personality.

I was looking for a particular product and I could find any staff available to ask for help.

I feel let down, your attend a school very close to the shop and will quite often go after school to pick up some sweets or a drink and the staff are absolutely vile. I understand that they have the idea that teenagers are going to cause damage but it is unfair that I can not go after school especially if I need something to cheer me up after a long day. They are forcing shoppers out and to be honest it is on them because people will not be buying and they will be losing some prophet . They honestly need to get their priorities straight and stop the age discrimination.

I use this store mostly for picking up clothes I've ordered from George and occasionally to buy a couple of groceries.

Firstly, they have a great selection of free from foods, which for a small Asda is a bonus.

However, a lack of a public toilet is a bit of an inconvenience because I have a child who seems to hold their business until we reach a supermarket 🤦🏼‍♀️ thankfully I'm prepared and carry equipment in my car for this purpose, but a toilet would help for those moments.

The stars are for the staff , who are excellent, but we now have to ask for their help at the tills. No two supermarket self serve tills are the same. I don’t work there and am not prepared to learn the idiosyncrasies of all these different systems or how to juggle my shopping between bases &scanners. I am unlikely to use Asda again, especially if I have a lot to buy

As my local shop I have visited almost daily for years ( even before it was Asda), I spend a small fortune in there, lovely staff, always helpful and friendly but now they are replacing these lovely staff with machines that don't really work very well. I'm too tired to do battle with them when I've been working all day. Time to find somewhere else to shop. Horrendous !!!

Before coming to this city I always shop for lion and I was happy when I saw a lion near my house here and when I went shopping I wished he wasn't here because of the very bad staff it was like shopping for free or from his personal pension and I no longer wanted to go because of the staff and their treatment bad
