Extremely rude two East European female staff who were stuffing shelves and walking around the store. I hope senior Lidl management take a note of this and sack their inefficient staff. Update : visited this branch again on 06 April 2022 staff were very helpful at self-checkout.

Love the quality of the products, fresh bread, love the choice of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. The pizzas taste great, the Greek and French foods are amazing. Customer service is great. Just went in for a quick buy. No queues at checkout and the self checkout makes for fast payment and checkout. Large clean store by Longbridge Road smooth drive in from the road with good parking space

Good. The thing that makes me very upset is the alarm that always goes off because of the car key. The question raised has been improved but not enough.

I've bought a product that had a label with reduced price from 2.59 to 2.19 . Paid 2.59, i spoke with the manager and he removed the label with reduced price and show me a picture with 2.59 price. Is is nice to lie the customer like this?

I asked one of the store clerks serving at the till if it was always this busy and he said yes. I've lived in this neighbourhood for a little while but I've never been to that Lidl. I got some strawberry creamy yoghurt on the recommendation of a friend. The last 2 hahaha.

I love how they change their specials weekly.
I'm always early on Thursdays to catch up the best of the bakery as they are well stocked first thing. And not to forget the plants, early bird catches the best ones 😊

Staff at self service always helpful and polite.

Very sad that the hygiene around the tills are shockingly dirty. Crumbs and dirt from months ago.
