Iceland Supermarket Redditch

This store simply can't cope with the number of customers it has since it closed two of the checkouts to accommodate online shopping. Today with just the two remaining tills open, the queues were all the way down two aisles. You need to reopen tills 3 & 4 or risk losing customers. There were a lot of very unhappy people in store today. The till staff however were doing their very best, so I am in no way criticing them. No sign of a manager anywhere?

The choice of frozen food is excellent and good quality at a good price. My only criticism is that today only one till was open and five staff were restocking creating a slow checkout

Delivery had started defrosting
And dripped water on floor
Then lime/lemonade and diet
Coke were both missing from order. And not able to contact anyone so . Rubbish

Only 1 till open and a queue reaching all the way down 1 aisle , plenty of staff doing online shopping orders who rudely push in front of you to open freezers to do their orders , lots of staff chatting to each other not concerned about the ever growing queue , the lady on the till did her best but lot of people moaning about the wait to be served , online shopping takes priority here over customers brave enough to shop there. Shop messy and crammed with stock , difficult to get around in there . Avoid if you can , it's not good value and most of the staff need training in customer service and taught some manners !

Get what you pay for, the food and shopping is cheap and fair quality, but always queues due to lack of staff on the tills

Shelf stacking goods /empty boxes in the passages..not easy to access the products..poor price display on veg.section and unclear which products were 3 for 2 etc... when asked the manager he was not sure either...some products charged full price when advertised as "reduced"...no hurry to revisit this store👎👎

Afraid it was quite disappointing, messy disorganised. Boxes with stock around, and passage along isles difficult, blocked due to too many extra large basket with too much over stock. Freezers often very mixed up.

Nice, clean, well organised. Good selection of products.
