I Check their frozen food before buy. I think they leave them outside the fridge/freezer for long time before they put them in fridge or freezer as product’s packaging is soft. They do try to serve customers fast on the till. Some staff members are very friendly but others don’t even greet customer. Opening timings are great. Since the cake box opened next door, parking has been nightmare. I use to park in Tesco’s parking and walk in with kids comfortably. But it’s getting harder to park. They do have some nice offers on food.

Staff at the tills are very rude and lack service skills, tried talking to manager but he said he's on a brake and gave short answer that he will talk to till staff. Didn't look like he was concerned nor interested. Store lacks choice and most frozen food been so frosted that you can't even see the label nor content. Feels like this store been forgotten by Tesco management. Sad.

Meal deals are hardly a thing in this tescos but besides that it’s a very nice little tescos 9/10 the staff are polite and it’s always tidy and easy to get around would recommend

Had a parcel to be delivered here by Hermes but wasn’t scanned off by staff from the driver went in multiple times but issue not resolved.Spoke to team leader who wasn’t bothered and kept on sweeping.Had wedding stuff in parcel for a customer who wasn’t happy.Very upset

Lovely staff in here who are always very friendly. However, the shop isn’t well stocked and doesn’t have much option.

Used to be really good Tesco's I was overcharged by £27 tonight and was told it was put back on my card which now I have to wait for it to be return but add insult to injury he spoke in Indian and I kept on replying I do not understand you until one of the other team workers explained he was speaking in Indian as I left he spoke to the next customer in Indian and as she explained she did not understand really gone downhill not going there anymore
