Yes I concur with other reviewers on the staff feedback front, they do seem to be short staffed, but where else do you get to do you grocery shopping in such fab Art Deco history? We swung by for picnic food on the way to or destination just to drink up the architecture 😜 And to be honest, for 3.30 on a Sunday 30 mins before closing time, they did better shelf stock wise than our local suburban branch

It's a great tesco but be mindful of parking limitations. There is a lovely Costa on site and my family had taken to spending some time there before shopping, as a way for me and my wife to get out of the house and have breakfast with our newborn. Unfortunately, we ended up spending more than two hours in the car park a couple of times and now the £100 fines are rolling in, so we will no longer be able to shop here.
I realise that this limitation was signposted and I have no recourse to contest, but it seems extremely counter- intuitive and anti- consumer to keep such rules in place here, hurrying customers who may not be in a good position to rush.

Shelves are half empty most of the time. Car park is a building site for a block of flats, and my car was damaged by a cement mixer. Tesco refused liability.

Most terrible experience with Tesco till now. Went to buy some still water and other heavy items and no trolleys were available. I usually pay contactless so no coins on me for a trolley. Not a single shop assistant was kind enough to unlock one for me. Tesco, how do you expect us to carry our groceries to the car if all the trolleys are kept empty and locked up?

Great store and location. Shelves are stocked and staff are always willing to help. Everytime I shop here social distancing is on point so nothing to worry about. Products are affordable and always bargains to be had. We stocked up for Xmas and at the time it was busy so plenty of ques but staff handled promptly and swiftly to ensure customers were in and out. 5 stars😊

The Tesco is in a great location, it's also really big so you have a great variety of products to pick from, you can always find what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking spots so you never need to worry. Walking distance from the station. There is also a toilet and cafeteria on the premises.

Been avoid this store was overcharged last week went in early this morning had to wait till 8am for the lady on customer services to come that overcharged me. Very incompenant . She does not know what she is doing .
Store manager was very rude in her manner towards me very patronising . No refund . Security guard was called to get me out of store by her . I called the police . And have now escalated it higher .as it was embarressing. Customers staring .
As if i was in the wrong
Head office have dealt with it also i will be contacting the area manager and consumer direct as this cannot happen to any one else . As i am still traumatised by this experience
