Tesco Esso Express

Very difficult access as it's on a very busy junction and the entrance can be easily missed. Good spacious forecourt and shop with lots of easy parking. The petrol pumps are nice and widely spaced out making it easy to refuel.

I debated between 4* and 5*, but decided on the latter. The selection isn't always the greatest (for me), but then I'm primarily buying Meal Deals. Shop in the morning on the way to work and it's often stripped bare with a minimal selection. Take an extra trip there in the afternoon and it is usually well-stocked.

BUT, the reason for 5* is the staff! They always are kind, polite, and offer a smile (if not a bit of lovely conversation during the checkout process).

This past Friday, I left my umbrella in the shop and didn't realise until early evening. On Saturday when I went in, I wasn't overly confident on receiving good news. I was wrong. They had placed my umbrella safely in back and returned it to me.

It's good to visit her for multipurpose like patrol 🚓 parking for a while and go to draw cash....also buy next neighbour shops a grocery
But this store is like long Walton queue,,so mu suggestion is train more staff to better look after the customers

Very very poor management there are 10 ppl in. The queue and staff just dossing about and only one person serving . I felt sorry for the poor girl like come on sort out the management of this place ridiculous and very off smell didn’t leave a very good impression of Tesco

Is good place to buy snacks or quick small items like you going some where and you need milk bottle or water bottles or snacks as well as petrol.

Very convenient and spacious forecourt for putting petrol in your car. Also you can pay at the machines or you can pay at the till. With other comments I agree that some of the staff are very relaxed in that Tesco

Poor and slow service just one person serving on the till name subi. long queue and other was busy with sorting delivery Hopefully never there again

I actually prefer this Tesco Express on Green Lane more than the big Warehouse on High Road. For the little things it's brilliant like small cans of tuna or a couple bottles of mineral water by Ashbeck. Superb store for when you're running low on your essentials such as breakfast cereal, milk and bread. It's actually quite amazing how much this little store holds and I think because the big Tesco HGV's are constantly restocking we underestimate the amount of work that actually goes into keeping this store running for the local community. There's also an ATM right next door that's very clever... as soon as you get your money you go in and spend it in Tesco. 😃
