A very pleasant store; reasonably spacious but with a good choice of products. It has most of the essentials you are likely to need including pet food and baby care etc.

5 star only for that service which I got from that guy ali when I was struggling to find some stuff, he was so patience even I wasn’t.

No hand sanitizing available for customers and baskets through lockdown. Reasonably well stocked though on various visits. No queuing around 10 am.

This is a small to medium sized store and for a local it is well stocked although the prices are slightly elevated from there main stores. This store is on one level so wheelchair friendly, this store has self scan checkouts which are card and cash as well as the main till although sometimes there are not staff actively behind the tills. Staff are friendly and helpful and are willing to help you with your query. There is no toilets within this store and the bakery section is small but the products are very tasty.

You can tell that a new Manager has just taken over. Much better staff availability and much more helpful

Very bad experience.
I came to shop, I wanted to pay with credit card for approval U need to sing the check. I SHOWED my ID card which signatures are match with back of card, Apparently duty menager said is not enough for him to approve my transaction... He need my passport for this transaction, explain me who is walking everyday with passport in is bag/pocket.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 very disappointed.. really the worst customer experience in my life in Sainsbury's... never shop there again in my life... honestly Sainsbury's menagers should think twice what the doing... horrible U lost one customer for forever.

No staff serving or at the till just two checkout machines out of four working and they both keep going wrong.

Has in the past taken double the amount in payment and no staff wearing any sort of face covering

Not the best. Worker came running across the road after me and wrongfully thought I'd stollen bread and a few other bits. No apology. Rude.
